Packaging

All items are packaged in their own jewellery box and carefully wrapped to ensure safe travel. Zoe is committed to reducing environmental impact, all parcels are packaged using recyclable materials and posted in a compostable satchel. Please discard the packing material responsibly and please reuse any materials where possible!

Free shipping within Australia 

All orders will be sent Express Post with tracking, through Australia Post, free of charge. All metropolitan areas in Australia should expect to receive an ordered item that is in stock within 2-3 business days.  Rural and Western areas of Australia may take a few days longer to receive their parcel. Any delays in arrival are attributed to Australia Post is out of our control. If you do experience any delays in receiving your parcel please contact Zoe directly at zoe@zoegrigoris.com and she will follow up promptly. You will receive a tracking number with all orders placed through our website.

International Shipping $20

All international orders will be sent with tracking by airmail through Australia Post.  Delivery time will vary depending on your location, but allow approximately 2 weeks for an in stock item, longer for a made to order item.  Please note that some countries charge customs/duties fees upon arrival before you can collect your item. Any International Ground fees incurred are not the responsibility of Zoe Grigoris, and will need to be paid for by the customer.

Insurance

Insurance will be invoiced separately to your purchase and will vary depending on location and the value of your item. Should you want your item shipped with insurance please contact zoe@zoegrigoris.com before placing your order.
