Returns Policy

Goods are non-refundable, unless faulty. Any exchanges for items can be made, with proof of purchase. In the interest of your health, there are no exchanges on earrings unless goods faulty.

Terms Of Service

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Due to their handmade nature some items will differ slightly in style and size than the pictured image.

All parcels are sent via Registered Australia Post within Australia according to Australia Post Specifications and usually take 5-7 business days. Cost of Shipping is dependent on product size, weight and destination.

Privacy Policy

The personal information we collect from you is strictly confidential and used only to assist your shopping experience. We will not reveal, disclose, sell, distribute, rent licence, share or pass your personal information on to any third parties.
We will never collect or store any customer credit card information. We will only collect information from customers when they register on the shop web site, place an order.
When ordering or registering on the online shop, customers may be asked to enter: name, email address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without customer consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

Products & Bespoke Orders

All products have been described and displayed as accurately as possible. Some variations of colouring may occur when viewing in browsers through different monitors. 
Each item is handmade by Zoe Grigoris, as a result, slight variations in colour and proportions, style and shape may occur, however each piece will function to the standards and sizing as described and meet the utmost quality control.

In case of any unforseen circumstance or reason, I reserve the right to suspend the fulfilment of any order. In this case the client will immediately be notified and actions taken place to best resolve or cancel the order.
Once an order has been placed and payment fulfilled, the customer accepts that they have committed to the purchase. Reversals or refund of an order will not be accepted without immediate contact to zoe.g@live.com.aufor consideration of circumstance. 
orders will be processed provided that ordered goods are available. If an item is ‘OUT OF STOCK’ please contact zoe.g@live.com.aufor notification of restocking or bespoke commission.
I reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of an error on the website.

 Faults or Resizing

In the event of a faulty item please contact zoe.g@live.com.auwithin two weeks from purchase. The piece will be assessed before further action is taken. In this event the item will be repaired free-of-charge. 
Any repairs after this time will incur a charge, unless it is clearly a design or manufacture fault.
